King Fuels was founded in 1996 by Zaki Niazi, who had a mission to revolutionize the fuel distributioFSFn industry in Texas. With a focus on quality and customer service, King Fuels quickly gained a reputation as one of the most reliable fuel distributors in the state.
We have remained committed to our founding principles throughout the years, and our company has become a trusted partner for different businesses.
Late 1970s - Early 1980s
Our founders, Zaki and Naeem, start their careers in the fuel industry at Tenneco Oil Company, gaining invaluable experience.
1985
Zaki and Naeem venture into entrepreneurship, opening their first gas station.
1986
Razi joins Zaki and Naeem,
strengthening the team.
1992
King Fuels evolves, transitioning from a simple gas station to a fuel wholesaler, expanding our offerings and clientele.
1993
King Fuels begins its Construction Division, specializing in turnkey gas station projects, further diversifying our service range.
1996
King Fuels Inc is officially incorporated, marking a significant milestone in our journey.
2008
A notable year in our growth, King Fuels makes a strategic acquisition of Steps Petroleum. This acquisition expands our reach and enhances our capabilities, enabling us to deliver a more diverse and comprehensive range of services to our customers.
